Industrial is a digital agency. We have refined our craft and strength over a fifteen-year evolution. We are a group of professional, process-driven digital communicators who believe in putting strategy and user experience before execution.

Guiding Principles

From top down, Industrial lives by these principles every day — it's what makes us who we are.

Led by a seasoned management team and a group of professional advisors, we make smart, deliberate decisions about how we run our business and service our clients.
  • No 1 Be deliberate.

  • No 2 Lead with strategy.

  • No 3 Put the user first.

  • No 4 Understand our clients.

  • No 5 Follow process.

  • No 6 Deliver quality.

  • No 7 Employ the best; position them to succeed.

We believe in the importance of process. Not to stifle creativity, but to provide clarity, encourage focus, and inspire collaboration.

We enter all digital projects at a strategic level: helping to understand our clients' business objectives; identifying the targeted users; and determining how digital can be an effective and measurable tool in their marketing arsenal.

We strongly believe in the importance of the user experience: we don't just design pretty websites; we create highly functional, targeted solutions.

At Industrial we believe in the importance of a positive work environment.

We enable the best and brightest to flourish in our agency: our staff do whatever they do best, everyday.

We position employees for success from day one, from an in-depth on-boarding plan to continuing professional development through industry events and training opportunities.

From top down, there is a sense of mutual respect amongst the Industrial team. We communicate often and openly, and ensure everyone clearly understands their role, responsibilities, and those of their peers.

Most of all,
we love our jobs.

Want to become part of the Industrial family? We only hire the top digital talent around. If that’s you, you’ll fit in nicely.

New Office feature image Welcome Home

As the internal business of Industrial was changing and we made the decision to start the rebranding process for the agency, it became apparent that our office space would need a huge reconfiguration to support the open-space, collaborative working environment that we wanted. When we found our new space – fully gutted, with beautiful, big windows on three sides – we knew we couldn’t pass it up. We were moving to Westboro!

Designing-Industrial Designing the new Industrial

When the design team received our new Industrial visual brand guide from Northern Army we were eager to get started and jumped right into our new identity. As part of the rebranding process, Northern Army provided my team with usage guidelines for our new identity, and from these we began an iterative design process applying our new identity across our digital and print design assets.
