Sens Fan Council welcomes thousands of participants to provide feedback on the fan experience
New online forum presents opportunity for fans to engage with the organization
OTTAWA – The Ottawa Senators (@Senators) announced today that the Sens Fan Council, a new online fan-based forum that allows fans to offer feedback directly to the organization on the game day experience, is now live and accepting additional applicants.
Over the past few weeks, the Sens Fan Council has received a dramatic response in applications from fans as thousands of participants have already registered for the program’s first season. The Sens Fan Council community includes patrons of all types, from season-seat and suite owners, to Sens insiders, Ottawa Senators Foundation donors, members of the media and others.
Designed to capture the enthusiasm and creative ideas of Sens fans, the program was created in an effort to gather valuable feedback with a primary goal of ensuring that every game experience exceeds the expectations of those who visit Canadian Tire Centre. Located online at https://www.sensfancouncil.com/, the forum’s purpose is to engage fans on a variety of items, including:
– The opportunity to submit new ideas and vote on other new ideas submitted by other fans
– The ability to respond to frequent surveys from the Senators on a variety of subjects
– The chance to view regular video updates on fans and changes made based on fan feedback
– Have a portal to view “real time” status update of #SensVision25 initiatives
Built with the salesforce.com communities application along with one of the Senators’ technology partners and season seat member, Industrial Inc., data from the Sens Fan Council will be sourced in the Senators’ company-wide CRM, providing the team with more detailed information on consumers who are passionate about the Senators franchise.
Those interested in becoming a part of the Sens Fan Council, or looking to obtain more details and information, are encouraged to visit www.sensfancouncil.com.
